kay, i'm 13, And i'm NOT FAT..... yet, i find myself at 140 pounds instead of like, 90 pounds.. Can someone explain this to me, i know im really strong but that can't really effect my weight, can it?

Trust me please do not go on a diet, however, you could start by
eating little or no sugar, eat different kinds of fruit for natural
sugars three to five times a day. Limit the amount of starch
intake, example breads, pastas, corn, potatoes etc.
physical activity is important, find what works for you such as walking in place, walking outside, swimming, take classes if you don't know how etc... Get involve in researching, how to eat and
exercise healthy for the rest of your life. Don't forget to journal,
document interviews, WHO: example your mother, father, an older sibling, aunt, uncles, teachers, most older people, doctors, nurses etc...that you and your parents or parent trust. Mentors, and supporters are important. WHAT: create a list of questions to ask, example, I am on a journey to eat and exercise properly for the rest of my life my goal is be at a weight appropriate for my size would you be willing to share your experiences or advice etc....
I am sure you are beautiful as you are, but you are unique, so, pride yourself on positive things about yourself.

I am 13 and 142 pounds I don't look skinny and I barely eat junk why is this happening to me? Should I just starve myself? Also I have a tip: if you really hate salad then add something to it to make it taste a little better but nothing fatty. I normally put a boiled egg in mine or I add a little bit of chicken, DO NOT add croutons, cheese, bacon, crackers, and do not put a lot of salad dressing on. If you actually look ranch dressing which is my favorite, is very very bad for you along with Caesar salad dressing.
