I'm 14, and want an abortion

If a 14 year old is old enough to figure out what sex is they're old enough to figure out how to be a parent. If YOU lie down in a bed then YOU have to make it. So don't run away take care of your child. And be an adult you obviously thought you were one if you had sex so now you are do your responsibilities. And yes they baby is a human not just a fetus dont murder your child bc you decided after you had sex that you still want to be one yourself.

It seems I never post on this site until I get p***d off at the little wanna be Doctors.

As for your comment to my wife, we used a condom. It busted, and now I am blessed with a son. You people get on this forum to post to the "Author" of this post, not to my wife, or other peoples comments.

Lets see, My son is the greatest thing ever, yes life is hard, but I am HAPPY THAT THE PIECE OF LATEX SNAPPED!! and you have no right to say anything to my wife about using a condom, you are saying in the long run that my son was a mistake, and for that I get pulled into this after I read it.

If a 14 year old, gets prego, she was either raped or just being a little You little 14 year olds think sex is just so fun and simple, when you really need to hold out for your HUSBAND. So congratz, no man would ever respect you or your body.

IF you dont want the child, then give it up for adoption, you never know you may give birth to the next President, or better. Anyway, if you have sex, your old enough to take care of a child. For starters, anyone who is shouting at this girl for being pregnant is totally wrong!!! It is her choice to have sex and yes she has to deal with the consequences but she asked her question regarding help, not abuse.

I appreciate your 'Pro Life' views and that is totally your opinion but you're going on as if this girl (at the age of fourteen) would be able to care for and provide for a new born baby, ridiculous.

My advice would be to tell your Mother, if you wish to keep the baby, you are more likely to give it a better upbringing with her help as you are seriously too young to look after this child. Other than that, there is adoption or abortion. Figure out which is the best for you and you can work from there.

Don't listen to any of these people that are clearly giving you abuse, make your own choice depending on the well-being of you and this child.

I am now 23, and when i was 14 i had an abortion. At this age, I was very troubled and i was having sex with quite a few guys, not always protected sadly. I have been very irresponsible but looking back, i do know why i acted like this ... I had many problems at home, i was depressed and i was just looking to get attention. So instead of getting professional help, i was having sex with about every guy who crossed my path. I was not on birth control of course so when i saw that my period wasn't coming, i told my mom who bought a pregnancy test ... and yeah, it was positive. She laughed at me, then she called for an abortion appointment without even asking for what i was thinking about it. It hurts. But i was soooo shocked .... i could barely think straight .... so i went to this abortion clinic with my mom and my bestfriend, they sat us in a room with other girls who were gonna have abortions (none my age of course .... most were in their late teens, 20's and one woman was about 38 years old, 6 months pregnant and about to have her 8th abortion or something ...) I thought to myself, what the hell, why are these women here, I do not mean to judge anyone because i really am pro-choice, but people using abortion as a contraceptive method freakin disgust me. So yeah after this little meeting in which they showed us the tools they were using (horror movie like) I was even more shocked and disgusted. The nurse gave me a little bag with pills in it (for emergency only).... some for headache, some painkillers, many other kinds i do not know because i really was not listening to her at all. So just before the abortion, i took all the pills, hoping to kill myself or just to not remember anything at all ... I do not really know what i was thinking, i was just out of this world... After that, i do not remember much. I was laying on the operation table, I remember crying then falling asleep, then awaking to this machine sucking the hell out of my uterus, then falling asleep again. The whole experience was traumatic. They then prescribed me birth control pills. This was my wonderful experience as you can see. I hated it and i hate thinking about it. But what i really mean to say is that whatever the circumstance you are in, at 14 an abortion might be the good choice to make. At this age you are still a kid and you are way too young to deal with babies. But, dealing with an abortion might be easier for you than dealing with an adoption. It all depends on how you think about it. The good news is that you can get an appointment with a doctor at 14 without your mom ever knowing. But if you have supportive parents, please tell them because you really are gonna need support. And love. I wish you the best of luck.

All Im saying is I got pregnant when I was 15 years old. And it is hard as hell to raise a baby at 15 16 years old. I am now 18 and my son will be 2 in Febuary and my husband and I have been married for almost 2 years. All I was saying is why go and have sex and risk getting pregnant if you dont want to suffer the consequences huh? Thats all I was saying I mean thats why I am on here is to help people and if I feel something needs to be said I am going to say it. I am highly respected on here and people appreciate my relpies and responses. I wasnt being rude or trying to start anything but I was merely stating facts on the situation. Thats all!

Some people on here are being really pathetic, YES some people are 14 but it might not be their fault, look at things like the condom may of split, pre-cum and everything. These things can happen to anyone and I dont think its fair to be saying why are they having sex in the first place? you'll do it one day and there is a chance you could get pregnant so stop having a go at them. Im not saying that it is right to get pregnant young, I wouldn't want a child myself personally at my age (15) but I just dont think its fair how people are being so stupid and not thinking about why it happened.

Thatsm GODS creation your telling her to get rid of it your MURDERING a child a child that couldve been president or couldve fought for your country.! Its not going to be easy trust me god isnt going to give you things you cant handle. Go to google images and llook at images of MURDERED!(aborded) children. Would you want to be murdered would you want to hear your mother beautiful voice and be so excited to meet her and you just couldnt wait to show her how much happiness you would give her but then feel so much pain from your leg being torn off of you.
