I’m 16 and I have no signs of puberty and my penis is sometimes only a couple cm long and sometimes about an inch long while flaccid and erect about 2.5 inches and I cannot produce sperm and no hair almost anywhere on my body and I am getting worried that there is something wrong with me. Please does anyone have an answer for me?
