hi, im a 17 year old girl. and i recently decided to try something new and shave my pubic hair off- im not sure why. but this was about 3 or 4 days ago, then yesterday i found that i have alot of small spots which are really sore, like the ones you get on your face. so i put some face wash on it to see if it would help... its helped a bit with the spots but they keep coming back... but it has all red dots now. i dont know what to do about it, as its sore, uncomfortable, and embarrasing. also when i go to wash it, its stings from rubbing where the hair would be, but im assumming that its just from where the hair is trying to grow back naturally.... if im wrong please tell me....

ahah this is nothing to be embarrassed about, its razor burn, when your in the shower it can burn, and when your out of the shower it sometimes itches/hurts when touched, you should not worry about it, when you shave this may happen. my girlfriend gets it all the time, and sometimes i do myself.
