Some pain is normal after sex, especially your first few times. You may also have some cramping or nausea.
Never reuse a condom. If you put it on wrong, throw it out. They are very fragile and can tear easily. Precum is considered not to contain sperm, if he has NOT recently ejaculated - since the last time he urinated.
There's always a chance of pregnancy with any sexual contact.
