Hi, I am finally past my fear of taking this medication to help me with my ADD. Wish I did it ling ago, I have a lot to fix and change. That is exciting! But I'm a night worker, I go to bed between 6-8am and like to wake at 2pm. I have hypothyroidisim, anxiety, insomnia, get depressed easy, every symptom under the sun with my hypo. Now with my ADD diagnosus everything connects, fog lifts, energy, and depression lifts, my normal routine is optimized. I get sh*t done!!! But I'm still a bit lost and scared to increase my side higher than 10mg a day as we find my desired dose. I think my fear of panic is causing me not to want to try it and see. Now also I'm a super health freak, study medicine, and am fit. But when its time to sleep I need it. With my schedule what's the best time to take it? On my bottle it says 1 @ 7am & again at 11am. Obviously that's incorrect for me since I'm night time. But I'm just new to this med should I take it right after I eat like 2pm ish after I wake and then at 6pm? To be able to go to bed after work at 8am? The crash scares me but a shower helps, magnesium helps the jaw due to the stimulation of the trigeminal nerve, and also helps the leg pain. I feel sleepy but font fall asleep. I take a Sonata and not good sleep, hours later like 12 pm I'm taking a doxylamine aka Unisom to knock out. The wasting my day till 6pm in bed. I haven't got my insomnia indeterminate control with ADD mess or not. I don't want to take my "awake time" klonopin for sleep. 1mg. I just need some advice on times and sleep please.
