I'm going to America to see my long-distance girlfriend TODAY, and we may end up doing.. *ehum* certain somethings. The thing is, for the past several weeks, I've had this pink round spot on my penis that won't go away. It was sore in the beginning, but that went away with time. The spot is still there, however. Anyway, I looked it up and came to the conclusion that it was probably caused by me masturbating too hard and hurting the skin. So, I wasn't too worried. The thought of an STD wasn't really a thing in my head since I've never done anything sexual at all (other than her giving me oral a year ago, and she was also a total virgin at that time).

However, now, the day that I'm leaving, it burned when I went to pee, and now I'm being very paranoid that I might actually have something that could transfer to her, regardless of what it is. We aren't able to see each other very often, so this is a terrible idea to me. Should I be worried that I've managed to get myself some sort of an infection or, god forbid, an STD in some way?

Is this cause for concern or am I overreacting? I really hope I am, since it's not like I can just go get tested today. Do we have to refrain from doing anything sexual when we're together, just in case? Again, haven't seen her in a year, so I feel terrible about this. Oh, and I am 22 years old if that matters.

Thanks for the (hopefully) quick response!
