I really want to loose weight because first of all I weigh too much and second of all I want to prove people who call me fat wrong. I know I'm fat the least I need is someone reminding me every day that I'm fat. Today is my second day on my diet but I just want to have support on this and more ideas on how I should do my diet. My diet right now is eating cereal and walking for like 1 hr at this rate how much do u think I will loose in about 2 months. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!:-):'(

I think you need to change what you eat and how much from now on because that is bad. You have to start a low diet meal plan so that you can safely reduce weight.

Do not overdo diets.
Just change what you eat now and you'll be fine. Try paleolithic diets, your family might just love it because it's an easy adjustment and it's a good lifestyle change.

First of all congrats on wanting to lose weight and taking the first step. Do not let others dictate how you should look or feel about yourself. Believe me, when you are truly ready to lose the extra weight you will. Worst way is to starve yourself. Which sounds like you are doing now. It will mess with your metabolism and you will get headaches. Just watch what you eat and exercise.. You should drink plenty of cold water 30 minutes before you eat. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Start reading the back of food labels. Try eating every 2 to 3 hours and don't eat anything past 6pm or so. Stay away from high sugar foods and drinks and food that is fried and or contain large amounts of flour. As far as exercise goes, do something that you enjoy doing, not something you feel you have to do. And chances are that you will be more likely to stick to the regimen. I personally enjoy biking. And maybe take the stairs when you can. I
