I think this may help alot of you guys. This describes it perfect for me. Hope this helps.
In my case. I have a number of symptoms. When I drop a deuce, i sit there for prob a Half hour. read a book or bring my laptop.
In this article it indicates, usually when i am done i feel like more is coming out. The condition causes this.
I have blood on the TP, and sometimes a mucus. This gives me skid-marks but not of poo more of a mucus. This is caused by this problem.
It is very embarrassing and causes an odour that is nasty........
There is a Tissue or membrane that pretty much holds our intestines inside and holds the slippery mucus (that slides the poop out) so that it dosent drip out our ass. This condition from pushing, causes the membrane out which allows the mucus to come out and iritate the ass(itching or infllimation), stain my underwear, and cause an odor as well as the "pushing" causes the membrane to bleed on the TP.
To fix this.
a, Get in and get out, No more laptop or Books.
b, drink more water. Easy enough Buy a 1.5 L bottle fill it twice. To lose weight drink half of one 10 min before you eat your meal.
c, eat more veggies and fruits. Buy a blender and fill it with fruit the night before put it in the fridge. In the morning just put it on and drink to work or school.
d, Fiber powder like metamusel or something.
Lastly i went to my DR. he advised me to use baby wipes if your ass is raw. additionally you can purchase a cream that will just stop the irritation.
Face it we are eating bad foods, not healthy enough, not enough fiber and im sure not enough exercise .
