Usually if I stand up too fast, of course, i get dizzy. But for some reason I'll just be sitting and it"ll randomly hit. It's like my eyes won't focus and I feel dizzy and nauseated like I'm about to pass out. Also, I can be laying down about to go to sleep but when i close my eyes it's like everything's spinning.
You might have a problem with your inner ear. I say make a visit to your doc
You should try to not to move suddenly . It could be orthostatic hypotension in which your blood pressure suddenly falls when you suddenly stand.
I get the exact same thing! I had it about two minutes ago hence why I'm looking it up! I was trying too sleep them boom! Feel all dizzy and like I'm gonna be sick! Did u get it looked into?
