Thank you
I don't know if you're male or female, so I'll be general.
--You don't have to treat the first time like a planned event. Make it comfortable for the two of you. Start by doing something fun, like watching a movie, going to the beach, playing a game, etc. Unless you two are really excited to get it started, let it happen when it happens.
--Use lubricant every time. Most doctors suggest using it every time you have sex for at least a year, but I would say it's especially important when you're first getting used to sex.
--The male needs to be very patient with the female. As a virgin, she is quite likely to have pain the first time. The male may need to go slow and/or stop more than once during the first time, or even the first couple of times. Besides the pain, the woman may bleed or there may be a popping sound, or both.
--To help decrease the pain, the female can take ibuprofen or advil about an hour before sex.
--Have baby wipes on hand.
--The woman should immediately pee after sex every time. If not, she may get a urinary tract infection. This is a common illness for women. Additional ways to prevent these infections is to drink some cranberry juice every day, take ASAP or SilverBiotics (same product, different name) nano-silver every day, eat fresh garlic, and drink plenty of water.
--Talk about sex before you get married. It can be an exciting issue, so I suggest you talk about it one month to two weeks before you get married. Talk about your expectations, your beliefs, your wants and needs, and anything else you think needs to be discussed. This is a very important issue, even if you're uncomfortable talking about it.
If there's anything else you'd like to know, just ask. :-)
