Hey, new to this forum, apologies beforehand if I'm wrong somehow.
Anyway, here's my problem:
For a couple of years I've had many small white pimples in my penis. I first noticed it maybe 2 years ago. Anyhow, I was no virgin then but had no sexual relations, much less unprotected, in the surrounding month. I figured they'd be some form of acne and would eventually disappear since they were nothing except for visually-bothering. Months later, I noticed they wouldn't go away, although they didn't change/increase/hurt. So I started looking up online and I only get mediocre answers to problems I most likely don't have. I still followed several basic processes such as humidity (internet medicine lol) and used some creams but to no avail. For some personal reasons, I really don't want to go to a medic but as a man, it's really bothering to have these pimples make my penis look diseased or whatever.
Summary: They're white pimples across my tube (not in the shaft) and they were not sexually transmitted, plus I'm a healthy guy in his early twenties. They don't hurt or bother me physically. Can somebody help?
I looked around your forums and my condition is very similar to what you describe as "Pearly Penile Papules"
