well, when i first had sex i didnt pull my foreskin back, and i somewhat had that same problem.. but i was also hammered.. anyways pulling the foreskin back was my cure, it tightens the skin around the head and makes it alot harder. hopefully you arent circumsized, heh hope this helps bud
