Hello.

I'm not a doctor, but I can offer some possible explanations for itching and general recommendations:

  1. Dry skin: Dry skin can cause itching. Make sure you are moisturizing your skin regularly, especially after showering or bathing, using a gentle moisturizer.

  2. Allergic reactions: Itching can be a symptom of an allergic reaction to certain substances, such as hair products, laundry detergents, or skincare products. Consider if you have recently changed any products and try switching to hypoallergenic or fragrance-free alternatives.

  3. Medication side effects: It's possible that the medications you are taking, such as buspirone and duloxetine, can cause itching as a side effect. Discuss this with your doctor to see if adjusting the dosage or trying an alternative medication might be an option.

  4. Stress and anxiety: Stress and anxiety can sometimes manifest as physical symptoms, including itching. Managing stress through relaxation techniques, therapy, and lifestyle changes may help reduce the symptoms.

  5. Underlying medical conditions: Itching can also be associated with various medical conditions, such as liver or kidney problems, diabetes, or thyroid issues. If the itching persists or is accompanied by other concerning symptoms, it's important to consult with a your doctor for further evaluation.

Try going step by step and excluding all the causes until you find the right one. Good luck and keep us updated!
