Right. So I'm twelve and fat. Ive just started academy and I'm not dealing well with the difference. So I comfort eat, cry myself to sleep cause I hate myself, I'm literally crying as i write this. Basically what I'm trying to say is what do I do?¿? Thanks

Hey!
Its okay to eat comfort food, to be honest, its not so much about what you eat as much as it is How you eat. Here is my suggestion as a great place to start:
When you cup your hands together in a bowl, that is how big your stomach, and how much food it can handle to digest :) So someone with big hands can take in a lot, and others with smaller hands, well...not as much.
Divide your day into 3 sections. Lets call them morning, afternoon, and evening. In each section of the day you get a segment of time to eat a meal in order to nourish and feed you for each section of your day.....
Lets call the first one breakfast. and you have one hour to eat say 7am before school. Eat your favorite foods but the key is you can only eat within that one hour and you can only eat the amount that fits in your hands cupped together.
Lets call the second segment lunch, which fits into the 2nd section called the afternoon. For lunch say around 12pm You can eat what makes you soooooo happy! BUT you only have one hour to eat it, AND it must not exceed the amount of your 2 hands ;)
Lets call the 3rd segment Dinner in the 3rd section of the day. You can feed yourself a delicious dinner of your choosing around say 6pm. Remember- as long as you love it, it does not exceed the amount as your 2 hands cupped together and is eating within an hour from 6-7.
Since you have an hour for each meal, you can chew your food slowly and feel happy about what your eating. Its the best hour of that section of the day :)
Hope this helps. Once you have this pattern down( which won't take long) lets move onto the next step, if you even need to since you will lose a lot of weight I'm sure :)
