Hello everyone,
I'll fill you guys in on my situation. I had my last period on June 11th. I'm sure that I ovulated on the 25th and I had sex that day. On Sunday the 29th I started what I believe is implantation bleeding, very scarce, very pink, kinda comes and goes and I've had this for the past 3 days. No cramping. I immediately took a pt and it showed a positive. I called the doc the next day to see if I should come in for a blood test to check my hcg levels, they did the test and they called me yesterday telling me that a negative would be 5 and under and a positive would be 25 and over. My results came back at 12. They told me that if I am pregnant I'm only about a week along. I took another test last night and again this morning and tonight and they all came back the same. Pregnant. I'm going back to the docs again tomorrow to get another blood test to see if my hcg levels have gone up but I'm wondering that because it's so early and I haven't officially missed a period yet will the levels actually go up so soon? Or is that something that happens AFTER the missed period? I'm 33 years old and this would be my second child, my daughter is 13 so it's been a while for me :) Has anyone else ever experienced what I'm going through? And how in the world would I be able to know this so quickly? Thanks for listening and I would appreciate any feedback.
