I'm a 24 year old mother of 3. I had my tubes tied nearly 2 1/2 years ago and now my menstrual is late by 5 weeks. My cycle hasn't been normal for almost 3 months now but since it showed every month I didn't worry until now. What other factors are to be considered when having a missed cycle. I am so scared, any advice?
