i want to increase my appetite to gain muscules, i have tried a lot by taking exercise but all in vein, i eat a little food , if i eat heavy then i cannot take next diet before 6-7 hour

plz suggest

If you're trying to build msucle you should take in a supplement or protein shake before and after you exercise.  A protein shake contains all the nutrients you need without filling you up.  I think you'll find that the shake will stimulate your appetite once you begin taking them.  They come in many flavors and you can add fruit to them if you want to so that you ge the anitoxidants you need.  Consider taking in a whey protein shake.  I think you'll find you get more out of your exercise and be able to build more lean muscle faster.
