I am a student, who does weight trining as a hobby. I want more protein supplement for fast muscle recovery. I am sure that protein shakes would serve this purpose well,but I am unwilling to spend money on purchasing expensive whey protein shake powders avaliable in stores.I would like to know an alternate method of receiving this supplement of protein. I would also like to know how to make protein shakes from natural foods without the combination of the comercially avaliable whey protein shake powders.
