My boyfriend gets these pimple looking bumps on his penile shaft and they are painless, but deep. He's a bit rough with them, and what looks like normal acne discharge is released from them after some effort, and they get a glossy layer of skin over them as they heal. This last one he messed with got what looks to be infected. It is inflammed, has yellow pockets under the skin, and is very painful. The whole are is about the size of a small pea. We know he doesn't have an STD and he does have severe acne on his face and back. Is there a correlation? Should we be worried?
