im 17, a vergin, and in the past month of so have gotten dryness all over the shaft, and these red painless blisters at the tip of the head. Its started after a little cut caused from a dirtbike crash, that got a little worse from masterbation, and sort of got friction burn. Its kept scabing over, and the scab would come off, it would look like it was ok, then scab over again. Over time, scab sort of spread, and dryness spread. Then, the skin sort of cracked off to the side, and skabbed over, making a ring half way around the penis in the same way around as the bottem of the head, just lower. The newest devolopement, is these little red bloches/blisters that sort of look like scabs at the tip of the head right near the urethra.
