Anyone been screwed over by their own insurance company? I want to hear stories especially if it about a theft off of your property and they sent you to Special Investigations with no probable cause. How do they get away with this? Would like to get a class action together.
I recommend you to see a Michael Moore documentary "Sicko" - its about American health-care system and it deals with the same issues you are asking about and even has a sort of testimony from one of them Special Investigators - scary as hell, I must say. You only get appalled by the lengths the insurance companies are willing to go to earn money on the sick people... no justice at all.
