Me and my boyfriend broke up and on aug. 16 i slept with someone else me and my boyfriend got back together im now pregnant with a conception date of oct. 12 the thing is i dont remember my period dates so it has me really worried that the baby might not be my boyfriends.

It really doesn't matter when your period was. You likely would have ovulated a few days before your conception date. Since you were with your boyfriend in October he is the likely father.
For your period, you'd normally ovulate between about days 11-16 of your cycle. Your last period probably started sometime around August 27 - October 1.
