I have had an enlarged abdomen for the last few weeks. I went online, as you do, and some sites said that an enlarged abdomen is a sure sign of appendix cancer. What do you all think? I already made a doctor's appointment, but I am hoping for someone to tell me I do not have cancer! :-(

No, I have to say that enlarged abdomen can mean a lot of things, and it doesn’t just indicate that you have a cancer of the appendix. Can you tell me more about your condition? How long have you been having enlarged abdomen? Do you have any problems with your bowel movements and maybe if you have problems with gas? Sometimes the gas can buildup in side you so your abdomen will get enlarged. Do you have any pain in the abdominal region? You can try to drink a lot of water to help your digestive system.
