It's possible to get them on the head of your penis so that's why I mentioned it. I think that you might want to talk to your doctor about it just to be sure because it could be something else too but if you google search for Fordyce spots and it looks like them then I suppose you'd have your answer. Fordyce spots are not anything to worry about. They're common. I think that almost every man on this planet has them on his penis, so it's nothing to worry about. If you're with a girl and she worries, you can always pull up Wikipedia to show her that it's fine.
