I just came off the pill after 5 years in Feb. March 1 was my first month w/out it. This month I started bleeding (on and off) about a week before I was normally due. Is this my period?
It could be but its really hard to say right now, your body still could be adjusting after stopping your birth control..It can take sometime for your period to return, it took me almost 3 months for mine to return after removing my IUD.....
Your periods could be off track as well, and may not fall on the same date that they used to........
