My boyfriend fingered me and he was rubbing his penis moments prior to putting his finger inside me. I was extremely worried at first, because even though I was on birth control, he had not ejaculated, and we had not had sex, this was my first (and last, for a while, after this scare!) time doing anything like that. This happened on September 3rd and I was completely freaking out and stressing like I never have before. Then, on September 14th, 11 days after this, I got my period. I was incredibly relieved and had about three days (after my 5 day period) worry-free. Then, I started getting a constant gnawing, burning feelings in my stomach like I was starving, even though I had eaten plenty and was not at all hungry. I also have been having gurgling, growling noises in my stomach.
My question is, if I got my period already and have not done anything sexual since the 3rd, are these stomach noises and feelings just a result of the amount of stress I had during those 11 days of worry? I have NEVER stressed like that in my life before and I wouldn't be surprised if it had taken its toll on my body. I also went off the birth control about 3 days before my period, so I was wondering if any of these stomach things could have something to do with that. Could somebody please help me out? I had blood and urine tests done and they all came back clean, and when I'm dancing or with friends or something where I'm distracted the gnawing feeling goes away. But the minute I'm on my own again and not distracted, it comes back and I get worried all over again, which leads me to wonder how much of this is nerves. I'm 16 and, as I said, this was the first time I'd ever done anything like that, so I'm sorry if this sounds naive but I just want to be able to relax and know I don't need to worry because I can't take another 2 weeks of this amount of stress until my next scheduled period. Can anybody please help?

You're alright sweety. Trust me.
I was in your exact same position...and after i got my period, the resultant anxiety waves hit me full force... and lemme tell you, I felt it. Getting your period means that you can not be pregnant. It's not Implantation bleeding the way you described it.
I think you understand the correlation Period= No baby. But, if you want the concrete facts on menstruation and what it means for your body, I'll be happy to tell you. Just ask. =)
Take care, God Bless.

Hey, thank you for helping to ease my mind a little bit =).
So I'm now several days late for my period for this month. I have no other common signs of pregnancy so I was not too concerned about the fact that I was late, I figured it was just stress, but then my breasts got really tender and sore about 3 days ago and still no period, no cramping or any other PMS signs I normally get before my period. Is it stress that is causing the delay? I stopped the birth control last month so I don't know if this could have messed up my cycle a bit as well. Also, I had blood tests done for several things a couple of weeks ago and they all came back clean. Am I completely over-reacting?
Thanks...
