A condom, used properly, is very effective. Pregnancy is unlikely.

Masturbation is a NORMAL and HEALTHY activity. It will NOT harm your health or decrease your fertility. Even if you DID NOT EVER masturbate your body would still release sperm - it has to. You'd have nocturnal emissions to rid your body of OLD sperm/semen.
