Well there's nothing wrong in swallowing Sperm. It won't induce pregnancy as some people believe. And I've heard that sperm doesn't have a taste. It'll probably feel warm and sticky. But I don't have personal experience tasting. But, there is NOTHING wrong in swallowing sperm.
