hi i am 16 ..i mastarburate daily ...(once in a day) i got starting pimples on my face my freind say that it cause bcoz of mastarburation is that true..how i get rid of myy pimples..????

Masturbation does not create pimples. You are 16 years old and are probably not eating great. If you'd like suggestions on what to eat, if you can give us an idea of what you are currently eating and I will be happy to help you with ideas of what to eat.
