i have recently been driving with part of my exhaust completely broken, right underneath the cabin, have done for quite a while, - couldn't afford to fix it. I am now having chest pains and and an unusually heavy heart beat with some minor pains. I have stopped driving it now but is there a chance this could be related? its unleaded petrol the car uses.
it could be carbonoxide poisoning. with the effects listed you should be seen soon by doctor. it could lead to lung damage. Some of the symptoms masks as heart related as well.
