I recently had an episode of symptoms including , faint and dizzy to the point of not making it to a chair.I had / have chest pain , left side double vision, headache, arm pain ,neck pain ,ear noise, concentration problems . I now feel now weak, cold hands and feet. I have uncontrolled high blood pressure 170/128.I am on 4 b.p. meds. Does this sound like pre heart attack symptoms?
