Technically, puberty is when you become able to reproduce. It really isn't the long process that everyone says it is so no, puberty isn't still going on. You are post-pubescent.
At 18, you are in your sexual prime. What you are doing, and how your body is responding, is NORMAL.

Well, my doctor said that I maybe still can grow 1 or 2 centimeter. So I would be like 20 when I am fully grown. My penis started to grow very late also.
