I consult physiotherapy dr. and they have given few steps of xercise in the camel and cat style steps also but I dont feel pain all xercise accept cat style. Shall I continue that cat style or not? Thanks

you mean the yoga pose? when you stretch your back up?

if it causes pain, I wouldn't go for it - or at least perfrom to the point of pain, not further. Ask physiotherapist what to do in your case - if it causes pain...
