Hi I am going on at the weekend for a week and I will be coming on my period anytime this week and I want to know if there is anything I can take to stop my period and I am not on any tablets at all

Yes there is something you can take- it's called Norethisterone, but you will have to go to a family planning clinic or doctor to get them. You can get them online, but I would advise speaking to a professional before you take it, as there can be a few minor side-effects (such as bloating, constipation and heavy & irregular periods, after taking).
I've taken this in the past and I would advise taking it around 3 days before your period is due to make sure you're covered. You also have to take it regularly while you want to be period-free.
