Sounds like a thrombosed hemorrhoid. I had one that got big and hurt pretty bad to the point where I could not sit and found no comfort even laying down. Instead of getting the blood clot removed by a doctor, I let the blood clot pass and now I am stuck with a bulge, or area that baloons everytime I squat or use the toilet. I would suggestgoing to your doctor ASAP and getting it diagnosed first. Then if it is infact a thrombosed hemorrhoid, have your doctor reffer you to another doctor who can remove the blood clot. It is important to get this all taken care of in a short period of days incase the swelling goes up more. God I really wish I would have been more on the ball with all of this... *cries*
