IF on the 5th you didn't use contraception I want you to phone the doctor immediately! As you are probably pregnant again and when you have a truama to the uterus - abortion, miscarriage, birth - then you are at a HIGH risk of an etopic pregnancy! The symptoms are usually severe pain in one side of the pelvis! Aslo was your abortion medical or surgical - did you do it by taking a pill, or was it suctioned in a clinic by a doctor? Did anyone do an ultrasound to make sure the embyro and tissue was all removed?

First, sweetie..no one can tell you definitively over the internet what is wrong with you.
That said, you may need to see a doctor if the pain doesn't stop. It's possible that it is absolutely nothing but a gastrointestinal issue but you absolutely need to have it checked if it's gone on for 5 days.
Additionally, per my perinatologist, if the termination was performed successfully and without infection or complications then there is no higher risk for ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage if you do become pregnant again directly after.
