For months now I have had an itchiness on my penis shaft, it comes and goes, it's directly underneath the glans, there is no redness or sores near the itch and it is not an STD. I used to frequent many massage parlours before the itching started and they would use baby oil on my penis, also once I used a weird looking liquid to wash my penis before a massage, I'm not even sure it was soap and it was odourless. A few months ago I was scratching and the skin broke!.
I visited the sexual health clinic a month ago and they told me my penis was dry, so they gave me some ointment called Emulsifying Ointment BP, it helps temporararly but the itchiness comes back after a day or if I don't wash my penis.
What does this sound like?
Can anyone help?
Also I am feeling pretty worried because I have had sex with 3 escorts since the itching started (protected penetration and unprotected oral on me) and scared I have passed something onto them. I never visit them when I am itching and I always make sure my penis is clean.
