Can I end almost all of the hooplah on this subject,ok,that said, the reason most of you and I have this is because most of you have athletes foot or wear your socks for more than one or 2 days same pair, now when you throw your socks in wash make sure you do not wash ith underwear or you will be cross contaminated and screwed also make sure your wash machine agitator has torque or else you are just wetting and drying the same old underwear meaning they are still dirty, lol also do not pick toe jam and scratch your nuts, surefire way to literally screw yourself,do not use a bodywash scrub ball which scratches your skin and becomes slimey, use your own fresh soap don't share and don't leave it moist cause it will develop mold which will go right on your anus and you will hwve your fingers there scratching all day trying to figure out what's wrong, take your underewar wash seperate with antibacterial soap, this will save you guys, lmk if any of this helps ,it sure helped me along with lamisil type cream ,good luck

I have a constantly wet, smelly, itchy scrotum with openings. I followed someone's advice here to use over-the-counter antibiotic cream. I used Neosporin and applied it once a day after showering in the evening. I tried topical steriods, anti-fungal cream and even zinc oxide creams, but none of them worked. I have found my solution, topical antibiotic cream such as neosporin. I've been applying for three days and no smell, no itchiness and no more open sores. I think I'll stop applying it today.

I read that it comes back, but no fear. I'll just use topical antibiotics again. Thank god for this community. Doctors have no f*****g clue what they're doing. I saw tons of doctors and none of their sh*t worked.

In your case it was absolutely a misdiagnosis and a fairly ignorant one to make. The medication you were using was fungal and contains ingredients that bacteria actually feed off of. Always start with bacterial treatment first.

Everyone else here it is one of two things if one doesn't work or makes it worse it is the other. Keep being treated for a fungel infecting but seeing no results. Try a bacterial treatment. They sell them over the counter at most stores. Antibiotic- triple antibiotic, fungal- lamasil. You could test every tube there till you found your correct one and still wouldn't pay as much as the doctors medicated version which normally means they put medicated on the box and charge double.
