hi! im haveing horrible itching and severe burning in my vagina no white bumps no discharge. i really hurts when i pee it is so painful ive been thinking about going to the emergency and ive been up all night any suggestions?
Go to the ER.
It could be a urinary tract infection. They are very common in women.

From the sounds of your symptoms its quite possibly a Urinary Tract Infection which can be simply treated with some antibiotics from your doctor.It happens to be very common for women to get them.I've had a couple myself and after getting meds cleared up in a few days.
