Itchy bumps on vagina

for a while now i have had these small bumps on the side on my lips on my vagina near where the vagina and anus meet, that are extremly itchy,ive had them for a while and i thought it would go away but it hasnt and it receently gotten worse. they are so itchy i feel like they are going to bleed wen i strach them, and the itching has caused my vagina to be red and a bit swollen, they are lil bumps that look like kinda in grown hairs but they dont feel like it. ive scratched so much i guess therees a bit of a open wound so now when i pee and if pee hits the spot it burns like putting alcohol on a cut.

i have had a boyfriend for 1 year and i have no cheated and he does not have anything he has been checked, i got a physical afew months ago and nothing showed up. we dont have sex very often, especially now since i have these bumps because they hurt.  i dont know if im just hsaving wrong or got an alageric rreaction or if its somethng worse, if anyone knows what it could be let me know please!
