itchy rash on parts of face, neck, upper arms and torso from alcohol after percocet/alcohol interact

I have been a regular consumer of alcohol for many years, sometimes excessive but overall healthy. After taking percocet for pain of an injury and consuming wine before it was out of my system, I have since had an extremely uncomfortable reaction to alcohol. My neck is the worst area, very itchy and reddish, sometimes with slightly raised lesions. Itchy red areas also on torso and little itchy bumps on upper arms and back. I now consume little or no alcohol in the last few days but the itch is unabated.
