I have it to and cant get rid of it. Or if i do get rid of it. It feels better like for a couple days and then comes right back again. i use a lotion that says it helps extra dry skin and that makes it feel better. So in short i would just go see a doctor cause i think that s what im gonna do.

I've got to get in on this because I don't think it's scabies which is a living parasite. I've went through scabies and my God I never want to think about them again. You can't help but to scratch, you'll wake up an your bed lining will be blood, it'll look like a baby was cut up where you sleep. It's been called the seven year itch and those little bugs are hard to get rid of. After about 9 months of going crazy I use mange shampoo. your supposed to wash it off a dog but I never wash it off and it burned like , well I can't explain the pain but I got rid of them with in a week after getting the dog shampoo. If you got scabies they'll spread so fast from scratching and bleeding to sweating to where ever you've sat. They don't call it the seven year itch for a joke. Go see a Doctor and with that magnifier glass they can look into your spores and 1000 can swim around in that one spore. If the Doctor confirms it's scabies don't buy the quell lotion or anything just go to the vet and and buy mange shampoo because it will kill them. Now that was 40 years ago I went through that nightmare but I know that the mange shampoo works if you can put up with the burning. Don't use water put it on straight and every where on your body and I swear I wish the best for you if it's scabies.

I am having the same issue as described sometimes it feels like my nuts are being torn off. I mentioned it to my doctor today, he thinks its a yeast infection. He prescribed an Anti-Dandruff Shampoo called Nizoral it's over the counter (in Canada) and contains 2%Ketoconazole, an anti-fungal. He also prescribed an anti-fungal cream (I think it will end of being lamisil, more to follow) to put on once a day. The shampoo should be used in the shower once a day max, 3 times a week he mentioned, and rinsed well or it would cause its own rash. I tried it for the first time tonight, we'll see how it goes. I also switched from loose boxers to boxer briefs and I'm going to keep it dry dry dry.
