:? I have an occcasional itchy patch of skin on my left breast. I also get red blotches that look like blood blisters . The skin gets a little dark and rough, but it comes and goes. It's very annoying and a little scary. Does it sound like a form of cancer?

If it is cancer, it is unlike any cancer I am familiar with. I think the best thing for you to do is take photos of what it looks like and then see a dermatologist about it. What do you think?
