I've had my period for 7days now but im spotting light red and some of it looks like a light brown color!! Im freaking out!!!

your ego is prego ! or your uterus could be shredding old blood that looks like brown. to be on the safe side, i recommend to go for a blood test and pg test to find out if you're pregnant.
