I think the best way to do it is to muster up the energy, if possible, once a week. Do some bulk cooking. Store the food and heat it up later. Not necessary, but I personally suggest using FoldTuk bakeware. You can cook in it, store in it, and take leftovers from the freezer or fridge directly to the oven. I sound more like QVC than supportive, but I sincerely think this is a helpful item.
