Could somebody send me a copy of this diet. I know many say it wont work but im curious to try it. I too dont want to fight for my refund. So anyone who did not get the refund and looking for a little payback.......send it to me!

i would like to try the james zeta diet. who ever has the diet should post it on the forum since he obviously has tried to screw over honest people who weren't satisfied with his product!

Hi, I tried this diet and I saw the pounds just melt off everyday I would weigh myself and found a 2-4lb loss. I think this dramatic weight loss is because the foods you eat cancel each other out, but you still get the sufficient amount of nutrients to maintain health and electrolytes. In 4 days I dropped 14 lbs and the following day road my bike in a Half century and finished in 4 hours with plenty of energy to spare. I've waited two weeks, maintain my weight and trying it again. stay tuned. :-)
