I would like some answers since I have been just diagnosed with AMPPE and I cannot repeat the full name of the illness, I just know that it have caused my vision problems. And I guess I would like to know what are my options now and most importantly, will me eyesight improve, will I be ok?
Well, this condition is still something that hasn’t been thoroughly analyzed and therefore there is no specific treatment. All that is known is that it is a rare disease and that it is most likely related to some disorder in the central nervous system. And depending on the condition of the eyes, recovery is expected.
