I just started on herbalife shakes & tea last friday. So far I have not lost anything weight wise. But I have lopst 1.75 inches so far.. I take 2 shakes ( breakfast & lunch) daily and eat a balanced supper. I have had to restructure my food intake a couple of times as I am just learning.. I try to bike each day and am doing aerobics a couple times a week so far..  My goal is to lose 40 lbs .. I am currently sitting at 185lbs.. Any helpfuls tips are most welcome!
