Hi Gemz, don't worry it will settle, I had mine done almost two years ago and I was terrified like yourself, I was swollen and bleeding for almost three weeks and it took about 8 weeks to look anyway normal, everybody heals differently but have faith in your body, it will all look good and be worth it in the end, you just need to give it time. good luck

totally agree with above, the lumps are just from the stitches, they will settle, u really cant expect to look 'normal' for about 8 weeks. try not to keep looking! x

you should not have excrutiating pain after 8 days- go to your docs, i only needed 1 painkiller. r u icing hourly? a rubber ring to sit on is heaven, and warm salty water over the area when u wee

Mine is very swollen still and I can hardly walk! How long did it take to eventually START getting less swollen?

Did your “extra clit” go away?? I’m about 3 1/2 weeks post and have the same…

The whole extra clit looking thing does go down and start going away. I was scared myself … as for the hard lumps. One side of my clitoral hood that meets the inner labia was more tougher than the other like it didn’t soften up like the other side. My doctor told me to massage the area to assure the scar tissue softens up. And today I realized it felt almost like it was something in there x well guess what right where the incision was made it was it hurt bad but I squeezed it and no it wasn’t a pimple just a blood and instant relief and less stiffness. I’m guessing this is common.. applied w tips with alcohol on it until the bleeding stopped but damn this is weird. Been exactly 3 months so that’s just reference . Looks wayyyy better then it did before I swore it was uneven and noticeable that I had the surgery but now I’m pretty amazed and happy with it

I just got labia plastic ten days ago and I have the extra clot thing too that’s a bit white on the surface! It’s freaking me out. I have my second follow up appointment on Wednesday but I wanted to know does this eventually go down?? What is it?
